question 1 : Character Profile: What is the “condition” of the woman in The Yellow Wallpaper?
Identify 3 possible causes for her problem and use quotes and plot points to argue your idea. 3 paragraphs required – 1 for each possible cause.
question 2 : Psychological Analysis: What is Connie’s relationship like with her mother? What about the rest of her family? How does that alter the events in the story? How can relationships mold young people in negative ways? What consequences may be hinted at by the end of the story?
