n this Assignment, imagine you are an Executive Director of a human service agency.
The Board of Directors has asked you to present a detailed and thorough Executive Summary of your ethical Leadership philosophy. The Board of Directors has told you this is a requirement for your continued employment as the Executive Director.
Use 1-2 categories of your choice within the NOHS Standards 1-44 (pick only 2-4 standards to outline your paper. (e.g., NOHS categories are community and Society, Clients, Employers, etc, and NOHS standards are within the categories 1, 2, 3, 4, etc).
) Include some of the results of Week 1-3 Assignment (Personal Values, Beliefs, etc Self esteem,) as an outline of (your personal side since this does shape your leadership style)…this will help you get started on this paper.
Blend together the NOHS standards, the personal aspects you learned about yourself (through the assessments) and write what is your personal leadership philosophy.
You are also able to take some work that was done in week 4 and 5, when looking at public or private leadership, and organizational policies too.
