Details: Please read all of the questions its talks about you interviewing a person in the mental health field.
Briefly describe the organization and the leader’s role. Post an analysis of the different challenges involved in managing such an organization. Describe at least two components studied in this course and what you learned from your interviewee about those facets of her or his work. How might these facets differ across the three different types of settings? What is your preferred setting? Critically evaluate your own strengths and weaknesses and how they compare to the type of setting you might work in. How would you leverage the strengths of that setting and your leadership strengths? What might you find particularly challenging for you specifically and how would you work through the challenges?
