Life is a mystery and people cheat a little along the way. However, there are major betrayals in an organization such as fraudulent and doping. Dan Ariely’s video “The Honest Truth about Dishonest”, people tend to lie to everyone including themselves. Through the interview he conducted with Grant, Dan enlightens leaders on the prevention measures of lying to everyone including oneself, transparency and the importance of good rules in an organization.
