In chapter 6 of your textbook, the author describes the various components of cloud security. One of those is contracts and service level agreements (SLA). What roles do contracts and other legal documents play in today’s cloud computing environment? Are they becoming more important, or less important? Why? How are they impacting companies that have been breached? Do some research on Schnucks’ data breach as an example.
