I’m working on a business Discussion and need an explanation to help me learn.

Schein describes culture as group learned assumptions that help individuals solve problems that arise from external adaptation and internal integration (Schein & Schein, 2017). Although, the biggest factor in how the organization’s culture evolves is mainly shaped by the believes, values, and actions of its founders; it is also impacted by the macro systems and technology. New employees become aware of the culture through the embedded mechanisms the leadership communicates however, later as the organization matures and becomes more stable, they become institutionalized. These are stages to consider whenever leadership is reviewing culture and any problems that arise as a way to determine what obstacles should be addressed during a cultural change or transformation.
