Case Analysis on Performance Evaluations

Details: For this assignment, you will need to research a company that has decided to no longer utilize performance evaluations.

Explain who the company is and their reasoning behind why they did away with evals.

Then give your opinion on whether you think this is a good or bad idea while including some of the points listed about evals in Chapter 8. Whether you think it is good or bad, list some of the reasons why you feel this way and how it will affect employees and productivity.
The number of sources or word count does not matter. Again I am looking for content and enough content showing you understand the concepts as we discussed during class meetings from the chapter.
