Discuss the importance of emotional intelligence in the workplace. Why is it becoming more important to career success and advancement? Give an example of a recent interaction you had (could be personal, school-related, or job-related) where higher levels of emotional intelligence could have ended in a better or more productive outcome. What could you have done differently to improve the outcome using the concepts of emotional intelligence discussed in the readings and module 4 content.
