Does your senior leader seem to know the difference between the two and their impact on both? Compare the answers of your leader to formal organization documentation of Vision
Mission, Values, etc. your organization exposes.

Interview one senior leader (to you) in your organization and ask questions related to this course material trying to identify:
Culture and climate as they relate to their real-world organization experiences.
Influences that affect cultural changes are seen through their eyes.
Assumptions that influence organizational culture and how they apply to the organizational mission based on their perspectives The impact of the organizational culture on your organization’s success in the marketplace.
