Organizational culture can have a huge impact on the ethical practices of an organization. Why is this so? What characterizes an ethical organizational culture? Identify what you would expect to find in an organization with a strong values-based culture and characterize the key elements that would be evident within the organization. Then, identify what you wouldn’t expect to find in a strong values-based organization. Describe some of the ways you would evaluate the actual culture of the organization.
