Details: From our discussion and your further exploration of the topic of food waste, what was of particular interest to you/your group?
Review the Zoom from today if you don’t recall the details of the assignment.
You were asked to spend 2 hours (the remaining lab time) exploring the topic.
Identify an aspect/aspect of the topic of particular interest to you/your group.
Keep track of your sources (works cited), and take a screenshot of each source as appropriate.
Describe what each source conveys or what you learned from them.
We will discuss the results of our exploration of the topic on Wednesday.
