Section 7: Projection of Income and Expense The purpose of this section is to discuss how the financial proformas is being put together. Since the occupancy and rate derive the room revenue, there is no need to explain this further other than to repeat the process. Overall this section will describe the per occupied room or percentage figures used to project the revenues other than room and how the profit margins or expenses for the project were estimated. Most of the information will be obtained by using the PKF trends report provided on Blackboard.
