Solution Preview
Sexual harassment is a dangerous act towards a healthy working relationship which affects the productivity of both the victim and the accused individual. As the HR manager of my company, if I get such like a report, I will ensure to hold the best conversations with different parties to come up with the best solution to the action. The female complainant is the victim in this case and I would, first of all, apologize because a member of my workforce made her uncomfortable. I would then follow up by asking her a few questions about the incident taking note of the fine details that might help come up with a decision (Paludi, 2003).
