Mediation

Mediation is a technique used to solve disputes away from the courts of law. It is a process where there is an interaction between the dispute parties and a third party. According to a research by Finn, Mone, & Kelly (2015), the third neutral party is a neutral party that helps the disputed parties to come up with a solution from a specific conflict. The use of negotiation skills and special communication techniques is majorly used in this process. The mediator, the neutral third party, focuses on the needs, interests, and rights of both parties.
