IDEAL ETHICAL ORGANIZATION

An organization can be said to be successful when the set goals are achieved, profits made, good customer and consumer relations have been established and it’s able to attract investors easily. The image of an organization contributes significantly to the success or failure of the same. As a positive image, showing the organization as being ethically run will lead to customer satisfaction, subsequently leading to the retaining of the customers and attracting new ones. On the other hand, unethical behaviors within the organization such as poor customer relations, corruption, mistreatment of the employees and misuse of the organizations’ resources by the employees lead to failure of the business. This is due to the mistrust created between the organization and the consumers, investors and among the employees.
