HR has direct influence on nearly every aspect of employment ranging from how we recruit and hire employees to managing , promoting, compensating, disciplining, and end the employment relationship. This dynamic is often further complicated by the number of agencies that have enforcement authority over the various employment situations.

Write a 1,250-word paper researching a specific employment law of your choice.

Provide the following information in your paper:

The title and synopsis of the employment law
Examples of applicable court cases that influenced the law
Specifics regarding applicability (i.e. number of employees, government vs. private employers, enforcement agencies)
How the law will impact the Operations aspects of an organization
Reasons you selected this particular law to research
