Provide a brief (one paragraph) introduction with the intention of presenting the topic and the purpose (stated)of your paper to the reader.
b. The Co-Created Leadership Model
Review content from the text, Northouse (2019), assigned articles, and other resources relating to followership and the co-created leadership
model.

Write a 1/2 to 1-page summary and include the following:

Briefly describe followership and the relationship to the co-created leadership model.
Explain the purpose of the co-created leadership model.
Identify the four elements of the model.
c. Leadership Is Co-Created

Apply content from the text and other course resources to discuss the following:

Describe the influence and power of each element within the co-created leadership model. Give examples to illustrate each.
Briefly describe what is meant by “reciprocal interaction”.
Include at least one citation from a peer-reviewed journal article to support the rationale for your example. (You may use articles from
outside the course as sources.) The cited article (or articles) must be relevant to the discussion.
d. Influence and Power
For this assignment, you will prepare an approximately 3-page paper that focuses on followership and the co-created process. You will need to follow the APA format for
your paper, including the cover page, headings, citations/references, etc. Refer to the link on the Course Menu for information on APA. Closely read and follow the
