Values 1-3 involve people; values 4-7 concern results; and values 8-10 revolve around “ethical and cohesive behavior.”

3. They make key decisions based on reasoning, not rank.
4. They express concerns only to those responsible.
5. There is a culture of responsibility not blame.
6. The work is based on the customer.
7. They strive for continuous improvement.
8. They have integrity.
9. They challenge dishonesty.
10. They do not possess an ego.
