• Describe a leadership theory or model to address the public issue and leadership need that you identified in Part 1 of the SPP.
• Explain how the chosen leadership theory or model could be applied to address the public health issue and leadership need.
B: Influence of multicultural leadership on the public health issue
• Explain why multicultural leadership is essential for addressing this public health issue.
• Explain how multicultural competencies influenced your choice of leadership theory or model to address the public issue and leadership need and how this applies to your personal leadership philosophy.
