Leadership assignment

Please find attached.  For now please work on this leadership assignment for me only.  Please be aware that the leadership style that I portrayed myself with, recently in this course is the democratic style.  You may want to apply the style or use a mixed-style approach for this project.  Regarding the personality test and score, I hope the following web address:  http://www.keirsey.com/ would be helpful.  Also attached are definition of different leadership styles and the source reference.  I like to let you know that I work in a mental health facility but you do not have to use such setting for your paper if you have a better or preferred scenario.  Please email me for additional need(s).
