1. Describe a selected, observed activity or situation from your wound care practicum setting (Note: This should not be more than half a page).
2. Explain what you observed in the context of advanced practice care delivery and clinical reasoning. Provide examples.
3. Select two examples of advanced critical thinking and clinical reasoning observed in your practicum experience. Describe how each of these examples is grounded in one of the 3Ps (physical assessment, pathophysiology, pharmacology).
4. Then, justify or negate its evidence base using authentic observations from your practicum, and use the Learning Resources and/or the best available evidence from current literature to support your justification.
