Hi Tynika, you will need to pull back again and remember that for your project in this class you need to keep your thoughts about falls in the fall rate in your unit only. You cannot be concerned at this point about the fall rates of the hospital. You cannot control those. Right now you’re looking at your fall rate to see what can be done to help in your situation. If that works then you might want to encourage others or the educators or the safety committee or whomever to try what you’ve tried to see if it would help hospitalwide. Right now you can only focus on your unit. I have given you extensive feedback on what you need to do to complete your project and what you should be doing at this point in time.
