The running of health care system in America will involve various organizations which will include non-profitable organizations, the federal government, for-profit organizations and private agencies. The health care in America can be traced back to the middle of the 18th century which featured the first hospital that was not only expensive but led to the second one being built. The second hospital was based on charity and treated persons who fell ill and financially disadvantaged.
