Now that you have learned more about the pathogen you chose in Week 1, you will go back to the article you summarized in your initial post for week 1 and re-summarize the article based on your new understanding of your pathogen. This should be an overall summary of the key features to remember about the article and should be 6-8 sentences (around 250-300 words).
After you have completed this summary, use it for your abstract in your Week 7 Pick Your Pathogen Paper. Use this with the other discussion posts you have written to complete, correct, and submit your paper by the end of this week.
