In describing each treatment intervention, you will need to identify the following:
a) Agency(ies) sponsoring the initiative and their location
b) How the community program is funded and the source(s) of funding
c) What the treatment intervention is attempting to address and for which population
d) How these types of programs are evaluated, and what standards or fidelity measurement might exist to inform the operations of these programs
e) What the strengths and weaknesses are of each program (i.e. funding, operations, program design, setting, health equity, skill sets of personnel, etc.).
