2. Down load the sleep diary and keep track of your sleep for a few days. You may want to include a few ” work days” as well as one or two days off or weekend days.

3. Write about what you learned about your own sleep habits. Include information like: do you get enough sleep? do you feel rested? ideas on getting more sleep? how is the lack of sleep affecting you? Include what you learned from keeping a sleep diary.
