For this exercise I decided to use the Pareto chart and the histogram. Both of these options clearly summarizes the data by category and provides a quick look at the data for purposes of comparison. Both quality tools are attached here and compare the date from the previous complaints. A pareto chart quickly compares the most frequently occuring defects by category and is a very useful tool for quality control. The histogram is usefull for quickly presenting the variable.
