Details: Please post in response to the question: “What is the single most interesting or relatable thing you learned from this week’s (Week 6, “Performing As Reforming How We Talk About Sex and Sexuality”) module and why do you feel it’s so interesting or relatable for/to YOU?”

For example:

–You might discuss what you feel comfortable or not comfortable talking about when you talk about sex and sexuality and what kind of performance that might be for you and how it may or may not involve power or powerlessness; or

—Your thoughts on Emma Sulkowicz (or any other of this week’s “performers as reformers,” such as Rupi Kaur or Kirsten Johnson) using performance as a college student to call attention to the issue of sexual assault on college campuses might remind you of some of your own performance-issues or power-issues or sexuality-related issues as a college student;
-Whatever else may have gotten your interest and/or attention in a way that relates to your life and experience.

#2. Please include at least TWO quotes (although you can include more if you want from other sources) that you like from the readings:

-One quote from my “Lecture Summary on Performing as Reforming How We Talk About Sex and Sexuality;” and

-One quote from Vanessa Grigoriadis’s piece on Emma Sulkowicz, “Meet The College Women Who Are Starting A Revolution Against Campus Sexual Assault.”

-Additionally, you may also include quotes from the Kaur and Johnson TED Talks, too.

-And you may also include quotes from the Week 5 readings (Stoessel, “Surviving Anxiety,” and Rogers, “The Lonely Person…”) if you wish.

#4. Remember to try and keep your postings to 3 three paragraphs (beginning, middle, and ending) but you can make those paragraphs shorter or longer.
