According to the article by Yukl concerning the effectiveness of specific leadership behaviors, I agree with its concept regarding leadership behavior. I agree with the fact that organizational leadership has a significant impact/influence on the collective efforts of all stakeholders, thus affecting performance (Yukl, 2012). Effective and efficient leadership is associated with improved performance because leaders play a significant role in portraying motivating and encouraging behaviors to workers, resulting in improved organizational performance. This is because every worker or employee imitates leaders’ behaviors since they act as role models that employees imitate, thus improving their performance in different sections.
