Final Research Proposal
Introduction
Workplace communication contributes significantly to the company’s productivity. Consequently, reduced workplace communication leads to poor performance and overall inefficiency. In most cases, incompetent management lacks ways to relay information to the employees. When this happens, it is difficult to complete tasks in time. Unclear roles lead to wastage of time because employees will focus on additional activities other than what is required (Coombs, 2014). The goals are often not clear for the organization which leads to unmotivated employees.
