For this assessment, design a model with which you can measure workforce effectiveness. You can return to your change model and strategic performance improvement plan to devise a model with which you can measure effectiveness.

Prepare a 5- to 10-slide Microsoft® PowerPoint® presentation in which you walk leadership through the model you will use to measure workforce effectiveness. The first slide needs to contain the title of your presentation. The second slide should introduce the potential stakeholders.

Summarize the workforce performance area that you wish to analyze. Explain the importance of this area.

Briefly highlight your vision, mission, and goals. Make sure to explain how they benefit the organization.

Format your presentation to ensure that the slides only contain essential information and as little text as possible. Do not design a slide made up of long bullet points. Your speaker notes convey the details you would give if you were presenting.
