Choose one of the three examples of “How ‘Groupthink’ Can Cost Your Business (and 3 Corporate Examples)”. Do more research in peer-reviewed academic journal articles on groupthink and your chosen example. In a 6-8 page APA paper, summarize the groupthink example. Describe the decision made and the decision making process. Evaluate the group decisions. Finally, offer suggestions for decision making improvement based on group decision making theory and share how improved decisions could have led to better outcomes.
