Mobile phones have been classified as possibly carcinogenic by the IARC. This finality was attained after the conclusion that mobile phones had the ability to cause glioblastomas and brain tumors. Therefore, through the use of waves, mobile phones played a role in the destruction of DNA leading to mutations that caused cancer.
