The increase of technology has tripled generation of data which encourages many data users to highly depend on these gadgets to transfer information from one device to another through the use of a reliable and available network. Use of technology has attracted misuse of information and has rendered to mobile data insecurity.  This research will focus on mobile data security (Archer, p.g.32).

2.0 problem statement

The rapid use of mobile phones and tablets has drastically increased in the way mobile users communicate and exchange information. With the increase of social media, many mobile users and company are using the platform to market their wares to target users of the platform.
