In 2017, I worked in a nursing home near my hometown; in this institution, we used to have various departmental groups or teams. The role of these groups was to facilitate offering quality health services to the patients who had multiple needs. For successful teams, our leader had facilitated us to establish rules and norms that guided us on various events and activities. The aim overall aim and goal of all the teams was to promote good relations between the co-workers which facilitate care coordination and decision making.

Norms

The first norm that was established by the group is that every member of the group should be viewed as a co-worker. Every participant is equal, and no one is better than his or her colleagues.
