There are five major generations in the modern workplace. They include the silent generation, the baby boomers, the generation X’ers, the millennials, and the Nexters. The generation that I most identify with is the millennials. This is the first generation that has grown up in the wake of the advent of the internet. These individuals are typically involved due to having parents who are highly involved and affirmative.
