Prewrite: Spend at least 30 minutes brainstorming possible company ideas/brands for the project. Explore your options since once you make a selection, you will be working with that company for the bulk of the semester. For the first part, write down as many ideas as you can. After that, focus on your three favorites and develop those in more detail.

The chosen brand for this portfolio is namely Culture which will be the brand my clothing and apparel company. The business will, therefore, be involved in selling designer clothes inspired by different cultural elements from all over the world. The main vision for this e-commerce business is to become the largest clothing and apparel online store in the world. Some of the ways that we hope to achieve this vision are by maintaining a customer focus way of operating the company.

To be able to maintain customer focus the company must be very aggressive in the way they handle customer complaints and need.
