Am here in Wilmington University to study a course leading to the award of Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management. The course is in the college of business. I believe that this course will add on to the experience that I have in business management and thus will advance my career. The course will also add onto my leadership skills, which will enable me to lead a motivated workforce. Am also here to interact more with people from different spheres of life. The university has students from different parts of the world. My interaction with them will enable me to be flexible in that I can work with persons any kind of person.
