- List 10–12 peer reviewed scholarly references selected from the Walden Library databases which are no more than five years old. These should relate to the human resource management concepts from the course. Be sure that these references address the government or non-profit organization that you submitted in Week 2. (You will be using these references to complete the final part of the Final Project due in Week 10.)
- Complete an annotated bibliography of three of these references. Be sure to follow APA Publication Manual guidelines.
- This will be a graded assignment paper.
Administration of Children and Family Services
The human resource management programs within various departments requires significant attention based on the needs of the said organization. While some organizations only require professional qualifications among the employees, others call for passion towards the objectives therein. Under such circumstances, one could be required to go beyond what is expected of him or her, for him to achieve the responsibilities in which he or she ought to be involved within the company. The Administration of Children and Family Services is one such organization in which the employees ought to have the necessary commitment towards providing the necessary assistance to the vulnerable members of the society. As long as the necessary commitment to the profession exists, it would be possible for the employees to adequately address the myriad of issues experienced by children and women within the context of their families.
