submit a 1- to 2-page paper that includes the following:
An introduction/problem statement on the importance of your research topic as a public health issue.
- Support your response, with a limited review of the current literature (3–5 references).
- Translate your research topic into research question(s).
- Use of APA formatting for your paper and citations for your resources

Challenges faced in Public Health reporting and opportunities to improve Public Health reporting and Public Health information systems.
Problem Statement
Over the years, public health has had a transformative change from paper and file recording and keeping to electronic-based reporting, transforming from directional to bi-directional reporting. As a result, I decided to carry out a research in order to understand the challenges being faced by public health in electronic reporting and identify possible opportunities to improve public health reporting and information systems used to record and store the public health reports.
