Therefore, budgeting is one of the means used in managerial control by different organizations and health facilities. Budgeting is important in organizations to enable the management achieve the set goals and objectives. Different departments in organizations and health facilities make budgets to assist them remain in line with the set organizational objectives through proper planning. The budgeting processes organizations apply are in two ways. That is the bottom-up approach or the top-down approach. These two approaches are applied differently.
