Introduction

Workplace violence is broader than just physical assault. Workplace violence is any act or instance whereby an employee is threatened, assaulted, intimidated or abused in any way while he or she is at the working place. There are different types of workplace violence such as rape, psychological trauma, arguments, vandalism and sabotage just to name a few. Its not easy to see or tell that someone is going to be violent. However, there are multiple signs that might act as a warning that someone is becoming violent. And if you see those signs then you should take an immediate action before they get worse.
