Discuss specific areas, both within and outside, eGovernance, in which citizens living in a country that lags behind the rest of the world in ICT capacity are lacking. Include in your discussion quality of life, sustainability, safety, affluence, and any other areas that you find of interest.

The global digital divide is a current affair affecting the livelihood and daily activities of people across the world. Other than government, the other areas that are greatly affected by the digital divide include; communication, education, job opportunities, health information, and politics.China and the USA lead in the digital economy while Latin America and Africa trail behind. The global digital divide continues to increase the education level and economic development gap between nations.
