Master Patient Index Errors
One of the primary developments of the twentieth century in the health sector has been the ability to use technology in the management of patient records, which has in turn increased efficiency in access and retrieval of patient data. However, the use of such technology does not eliminate the chances of error, particularly those related to challenges in data entry process.
