Problem Statement: Management has suffered several deficiencies overemphasis of scientism over the past century raising the need to heed theses concerns or the problem is likely to continue undermining management practices and research in the future.
Methodology: Suggest two strategies to remedy the deficiencies of management, to cure scientism and return to Taylor’s true interest in management. First strategy relies on edification philosophy to encourage managers and researchers to enhance their awareness.
