As a facilitator, the following aspects will be kept in mind will approach the nurses meeting. Firstly, the nurses should be encouraged to try and learn about the new technology that is yet to be introduced. This will make the nurses more exposed to the new technology even before it is brought to use. For instance, as a facilitator, nurses should be offered with the information about how the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system will work (Rippen, Pan, Russell, Byrne, & Swift 2013). Furthermore, this will also include how the nurses will be introduced to various computer facilities in order to interact with the new technology.
