Develop a two- to three-page APA-formatted paper in which you analyze your personal communication skills. Be sure to address the following:
- Describe the assessment you used to analyze your skills.
- Discuss your communication gaps.
- Describe any additional training you need in specific areas of communication.
- Analyze how you can improve your current communication skills to prepare you for advancement in your profession.

Communication Skills
The assessment in determining personal communication skills involved responses to a questionnaire which included questions related to passing messages and receiving them. It included answering the questions on a range that determined the strength of the responses, ultimately facilitating individual consideration of the implications of such strengths on personal welfare. Ultimately, a total score of 50 left the performance as average, with the interpretation being possession of communication skills but with a potential for improvement in listening skills. Notably, proper communication skills include the ability to pass and receive messages as intended (Stokoe, 2014). The score herein infers the need for personal improvement in communication skills.
