Business Ethics

Question 1

Business ethics includes practices within a business considered ideal from various perspectives of the stakeholders within the business. In essence, if a particular business practice would be appropriate enough for all stakeholders, without creating significant adversity on the others, then it could be viewed as ethical (Crane & Matten, 2016). Ethical conduct within the business reduces chances of legal suits, ensures timely achievement of organization objectives, and improves the level of cooperation among the stakeholders to achieve the set goals.
