What do you think has made southwest Airlines so successful?

I think that Southwest Airlines has turned out to be successful because they offer their employee reward and initiative. Programs that identify worker’s performance, and their substantial profits and stock alternatives, they simply have a five percent income rate, they believe that pleased workers make happy clients and will move onward to happy stakeholders. This methodology may appear unconventional however it makes impeccable sense and appears to be functioning just well for this particular airline.
