The case study on McDonald’s reveals that the organization cares about the quality of services that they provide to their clients. Being an international organization, McDonald’s employs various strategies to standardize their operations. I was surprised to learn that the organization prefers hiring employees with little or no prior experience so that they can train them according to their standards (Anderson & Adams, 2016).
